Mediation

Sometimes the best solution to resolve differences is to take the issue to mediation. Mediation is a legally binding form of dispute resolution that is quicker and less expensive than taking a case to court. The parties and their attorneys meet with a neutral settlement facilitor who assists them reach a settlement of the dispute. Mr. Murphy is a trained, experienced mediator who has been regularly  appointed by the First Judicial District Court.
